Godong Panjang Street was the main road to deliver suplies for entire Batavia. A long the road, there were many building as storage to keep suplies. From all of the building, just one building that survive until now, Ichan Motor.

To bring back this old building alive, I design a place that feeds our daily needs for the neighbourhood, called ‘Buy-Eat-&Go‘. Buy-Eat-&Go is a place to have a break for awhile from all of your business. Relax and enjoy the treasure of this old building. Feel the oldness while fulfilling your needs. You can do what you want depends on what you need. You can shop, eat and go or you can spend more time to enjoy your meal in the building.

So come and take a break here, Buy-Eat-&Go.

This project is re-used Kerta Niaga building, one of another heritage building in Jakarta.
In this new function building as a center of Kota Tua, all of you can found information about building, heritage, history, souvenir and many others which you cannot reach in one time you visited in this site–the site is very wide, refer to goverment’s siteplan for Site of Kota Tua.

like a information that must be can clear receive, the building is made with no many massive boundary for the clear information about part of rooms in building.
